Prime Minister Justin Trudeau speaks after wife tests positive for COVID-19

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in a press conference expressed that a few days ago Canadian government had announced a billion dollar plan to help and support the country. He said G7 countries are agreed to coordinate and support the impact on the global economy. He also said as people are choosing to stay at home and to look after their families in this situation their government is fully responsible to handle  how to support them especially those of most affected people.

He urged that our biggest concern is that Canadians continue to follow the directions of public health authorities, we have to be alert and responsible, we don’t want to panic but we don’t want to take this too lightly either, finding that middle ground is always going to be challenging but I have tremendous confidence on Canadians.
